ITV has confirmed a major overhaul for the 15th series of The Voice UK, with Stacey Solomon and Alesha Dixon announced as the new co-hosting duo. The pair will take over from presenter Emma Willis, who is departing the singing competition after hosting since 2014.
Series 15 is scheduled to broadcast in 2027.
New coaching panel confirmed
Returning for the series are coaches will.i.am and Kelly Rowland. They will be joined by two new faces: Cheryl and rapper Aitch.
The appointments follow the departure of several series regulars. Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher are leaving the show. Sir Tom Jones will also step down from his role as a full-time coach.
Addressing his exit, Sir Tom Jones has reportedly claimed that the decision was not his own, suggesting he was “fired” due to insurance and financial complexities related to his age.
Emma Willis moves to Saturday night rival
The vacancy at The Voice UK comes as Emma Willis prepares for a high-profile move. She has been confirmed as part of a new hosting trio for Strictly Come Dancing. Willis will debut on the Series 24 launch of the dance competition on 19 September 2026.
According to the ITV Press Centre, the decision to revamp the line-up is part of a wider effort to “refresh” the format. The broadcaster noted that Alesha Dixon and Stacey Solomon bring a “dynamic new energy” to the stage.
Viewers can still watch Emma Willis host the remainder of the current series. The transition to the Solomon and Dixon partnership will be completed by the time Series 15 premieres in 2027.
