Mariah Carey has announced her return to the UK with the ‘Mariah Carey: CHRISTMASTIME’ tour, marking her first series of British performances in seven years. The festive tour will visit three major arenas in late 2026, with the first wave of tickets becoming available today.
The O2 Priority pre-sale launched at 10:00 on Wednesday 23 September, giving eligible customers the first opportunity to secure seats for the Birmingham, London, and Manchester dates. This will be followed by further pre-sale windows and a general sale later this week.
Tour dates and locations
The tour is scheduled for three dates across the UK’s largest indoor venues:
- Friday 27 November 2026: Utilita Arena, Birmingham
- Monday 30 November 2026: The O2, London
- Wednesday 2 December 2026: Co-op Live, Manchester
How to access the O2 Priority pre-sale
The O2 Priority pre-sale is currently live. To access these tickets, fans must be an O2 or Virgin Media broadband customer. Users should log into the O2 Priority app or website to find their unique link or code, which will then direct them to the ticketing platform.
For the London performance at The O2, AXS is the primary ticketing partner. Fans are advised to ensure they have an account set up with the relevant ticket agent ahead of time to streamline the checkout process. In Manchester, a simultaneous pre-sale is also available for Co-op Members via the Co-op Live app.
Further ticket release windows
If you are not an O2 Priority member, there are several other opportunities to purchase tickets before the general sale:
Thursday 24 September (10:00): Pre-sales will open for Live Nation members and those registered for venue-specific mailing lists. Fans can register for a Live Nation account for free to gain access to this window.
Friday 25 September (10:00): The general sale will commence via Utilita Arena Birmingham, Ticketmaster, and AXS.
Prices and attendance rules
Official listings for the Birmingham show confirm that ticket prices start from £60, though higher tiers and VIP packages are expected to be available across all venues. Most shows have a strict limit of six tickets per person and household to discourage resale at inflated prices.
Age restrictions are also in place for these arena performances. At all three venues, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and are required to be seated rather than in any standing areas.
