Tens of thousands of people seeking work have begun using a new suite of digital employment tools.
Since its launch in June 2026, the Work Hub platform has been accessed by a significant number of users. The service is a “jobcentre in your pocket.”
Approximately 20,000 jobseekers have utilised the platform’s “Build a CV” tool. Additionally, 16,000 people have engaged with the AI-powered Work Assistant, a feature designed to provide personalised guidance.
Features of the Digital Work Hub
The tools are free to use. Key features currently available to users include:
- AI Work Assistant: A tool that provides personalised guidance.
- CV Builder.
National Accessibility
While the Work Hub is a national initiative, the delivery of certain services may vary for residents in Scotland and Wales. This is because responsibility for careers and skills programmes is held at the devolved level.
