Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses and any available mobile phone footage following two reports of a man indecently exposing himself to women in Stanmer Park, Brighton.
The incidents are reported to have occurred at approximately 3pm on Saturday, 12 September 2026. According to investigators, the suspect used a similar tactic in both instances, reportedly pretending to urinate behind a tree before exposing himself to women as they walked past.
The suspect is described as a male aged between 17 and 25 with short brown hair. At the time of the reports, he was said to be wearing grey shorts, a grey tracksuit top, and a t-shirt.
Officers have increased patrols in the park to provide public reassurance while the investigation continues. No arrests have been made at this stage, and police are particularly keen to speak with anyone who may have captured the suspect on their mobile phone or witnessed suspicious behaviour in the area that afternoon.
A spokesperson for Sussex Police confirmed that the force is investigating the reports and urged anyone with information to come forward.
