Dani Dyer’s previous attempt at the Strictly Come Dancing competition was cut short by a serious injury.
The television personality is married to West Ham United footballer Jarrod Bowen as of 2026.
Dyer was forced to withdraw from the 2025 series on 23 September last year. She had sustained a fractured ankle during rehearsals just days before the first live performance, an injury that was clinically confirmed on 19 September 2025 and led to her immediate departure from the programme.

The first live show of the 2026 series is scheduled to air on BBC One and iPlayer.
Viewers will see a revised presenting line-up for the 2026 series, with Emma Willis, Johannes Radebe, and Josh Widdicombe taking over hosting duties.
