Blackwood the star man as he helps BRSA Wanderers chalk up opening summer league victory

Gary Blackwood was without doubt the arrows ace of the week with a super display in BRSA Wanderers’ 8-7 victory over Squash Club in the opening week of the Friday Summer Darts League.

Blackwood chalked up 15 and 20 darts [28.63 average] as part of week one of the action, which also saw Mark R Todd (BRSA Ravens) record the highest out-shot of 84.

And there were 180s from Ricky Clark (Newtown Amity), Lee Gladman (Friary ‘Z’), Rob Collins (Friary ‘Z’), Mick Isles (BRSA Ravens) and Ashley Clements (QE2 Galleon).
