Awesome arrows! Blackwood back to best to help Legends out-gun Claremont

Gary Blackwood delivered a legendary display with 15 and 24 darts (25.69 average) to help see off the Claremont in week two of the Friday Benevolent Darts league.

Blackwood’s form gave the Legends a 13-9 victory in division one, and his tally included a 180 with team-mate Nathan Warren doing the same in the triumph.

John Luff, of Chi Snooker Club, chalked up the highest out-shot of the week with 91, and another highlight saw Dave Bourne (Aldwick Legion) record a 180 in a narrow defeat at home to Aldingbourne Mavericks.
