Pickles the pygmy hedgehog just one of the creatures set to delight children at Easter pet club in Bognor

Pickles the African pygmy hedgehog is just one of the animals helping to delight children at an Easter pet club in Bognor Regis.

Children can learn about about a different pet or animal each day at the R and R Pet Services events, through workshops, fun and games, arts and crafts and hands-on experience with the pets.

And this year there are several new additions to the “pets team” including Pickles and Mr Tortoise.

Organiser Rebecca Rowland explains: “We’re really excited by the upcoming events. And we ensure the children have a lot of fun and learn quite a bit about the pets as well.

“We know how hard it can be when you have more than one child to entertain during the holidays so we also other a sibling discount of 20 per cent off when you book a second week space.”

The pet club events run from Monday 26th March – Friday 30th March, and Monday 2nd – Friday 6th April. (10am-3pm, with early drop off from 9:30am – ages 6-12 years).

Prices:
Single day £30 per child
One week £100 per child – £85 Early Bird
One week one child plus sibling £180 – £165 Early Bird
There is a maximum of 15 places per day.

R and R Pet Services is the one-stop venue for pet holidays, small animal grooming and educational workshops. Plus their experts offer a hutch-build service as well as offering tips and advice. And also offered is a dog-sitting service, though, for various reasons, the pet hotel doesn’t care for cats.

Owners taking time away from home for holidays, family visits or business no longer have to worry that their furry pets such as rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs aren’t getting the care they deserve. The hotel benefits from an insulated ceiling, new floor and custom worktops to house everything from leopard geckos and dwarf rabbits.
